CANCELLATION POLICY

Refined Joy Aesthetics and Wellness, PLLC CANCELATION POLICY 1. There are no refunds given once appointment is scheduled. 2. Must secure your appointment with a card on file or a deposit for FACIALS/ IV HYDRATION/INJECTABLES SERVICES. Without a deposit, your appointment is not secure and can be taken by someone who does leave a deposit. 3. All deposits go toward the final cost of your service. 4. In the event of rescheduling your appointment, your initial deposit will be used for the newly scheduled appointment. No new deposit is needed. (Only 2 rescheduled appointments allowed.) 5. There is a 10-minute grace period for those who are late to their appointment. At the 10-minute mark, your appointment will be canceled & considered as a NO CALL NO SHOW. You must reschedule a new appointment with a new deposit. 6. In the event of a NO CALL, NO SHOW, or cancellation less than 24 hours in advance; your deposit will not be refunded. A 100% of service fee will be charged as well. You must schedule a new appointment with a new deposit. 7.
